Shift pattern:
- Monday to Friday
Main Duties of Supervisor :

Supervise and coordinate daily production work flows across print machines and manual sorting stations.

Lead a small team responsible for manually sorting, packaging, and preparing printed documents.

Ensure all jobs are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with quality guidelines.

Act as the point person for the Manager-communicating updates, reporting issues, and stepping in when the manager is unavailable.

Train and support staff in operating equipment and following safety procedures.
- Assisting on machines when necessary, adapting to situations needed.

Ensure a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
