General Operatives – St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Due to excellent growth and secured permanent placements, we are pleased to offer additional positions for Machine Operatives and Warehouse Operatives to join their busy departments.

You’ll start accruing 33 days holiday from your 1st day: work for a company that believes in long term employment and temp to perm positions.

Role Description for Clubs Assembly Operative:

• Full 7 week training program provided.
• Daily supervision
• Weekly performance feedback
• Learn how to extend or reduce the size of golf clubs.
• Learn how to polish clubs.
• Be taught every aspect of a golf club, with continued training.
• Fast- paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure, this role is measured, you are given full support to reach your goals.
• Working on your own and as part of a team.
• You will be invited to a 2-part induction, 1st stage a tour of their operation and presentation, 2nd stage an invite to return for a hands-on experience within the operation.

Hourly pay:

• £13.59 per hour
• £20.39 per hour Saturday

Working hours:

• 07.30am to 16.00pm Monday to Thursday
• 07.30am to 13.00pm Friday
• EXTENDED hours during March/April 2027 – 07.00 to 16.30pm Monday to Thursday and 07.00 to 13.30pm Friday.
• Accrue 33 days holiday per year

• 07.30am to 16.00pm Monday to Thursday
• 07.30am to 13.00pm Friday
• Accrue 33 days holiday per year
