🧾 Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This is a key position suited to someone who is physically fit, highly organised, and confident in delegating and leading a small team.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing goods efficiently
- Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and order fulfilment
- Delegate daily tasks to warehouse staff and monitor performance
- Ensure health & safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Liaise with suppliers, transport, and internal teams
- Operate and monitor warehouse systems or software (training can be provided)
- Contribute to improving processes and reducing waste or inefficiencies
🧠 Key Requirements
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Able to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Physically fit – manual handling involved
- Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
- Good communication and basic IT skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK

- Forklift licence (or willing to train)
- Experience with warehouse software systems (e.g., WMS, stock management)
- First Aid or Health & Safety training
