Warehouse Operative – 4 On / 4 Off
📍 Location: NN14 1FQ
💷 Pay: £13.46 per hour during training, increasing to £13.83 per hour once you move onto the 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
🕐 Hours:

First week: 08:30-17:00 (training)

After training: 06:00-18:00

Shift pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off, including weekends

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team on an ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work with a regular 4-on, 4-off shift pattern.
Main Duties
Your responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing orders

Scanning products and items
-
Goods-in duties
-
Loading and unloading

Labelling products
-
General warehouse duties
-
Some manual/heavy lifting

Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe

Following health and safety procedures
What We Are Looking For

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential

Good attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
