    To support all company and account recruitment activity

    Keeping adverts accurate and updated

    support candidate attraction process

    Keeping an internal CRM up to date

    Assisting with all related administration and compliance

    Checking all candidate right to work and uploading documentation to a CRM

    Candidate experience will include:

    • An aviation background
    • Have an excellent level of customer service, ideally gained within a recruitment environment
    • Be able to manage a very busy workload
    • Have excellent communication skills
    • Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
    • Have full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
    • Available to work on weekend when needed
    • Ideally have a strong data entry experience and excellent attention to detail
