First Call Aviation are currently recruiting for a Export Clerk to work near Heathrow Airport, Hounslow.
Shifts: 8:00am-5:30pm
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Salary: £32’500 per year (negotiable dependent on experience)
As a Export Clerk you will expected to support the export manager in daily operations. You will provide quotations and assist customers, keeping them updated throughout the export / relocation of there beloved pets/animals.
Main Duties of a Export Clerk:
- Book shipments with airlines
- Negotiate terms/rates and handle customer enquiries.
- Maintain excellent relationships.
- Track shipment status, looking out for and dealing with any incidents.
- Create Quotations.
- Customs clearances.
- Maintain and pass KPI service standards.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be happy to work with live animals and pets.
- 1 + Year experience in airfreight is desirable
