Label & Packaging Coordinator
- 4 days on 4 days Off, 0800-2000pm
- Warehouse Duties, Cold environment.
- Monitor emails and departmental communications for new or amended information relating to product labelling and packing requirements.
- Review daily production volumes and prioritise printing requirements using the job scheduler and relevant job information.
- Ensure the correct labels are selected and printed for each production run, taking account of product, customer and order requirements.
- Complete all necessary checks before printing to ensure the information is accurate and complete.
- Complete the Label Printing Sheet for the Production Log accurately and ensure relevant records are maintained.
- Ensure labels are prepared for the following day’s first production jobs to support operational efficiency and minimise delays.
- Calculate final order quantities from provisional figures, helping to minimise unnecessary printing and packaging waste.
