What the RRT Assessment Involved
This annual assessment is a comprehensive process designed to evaluate compliance, worker welfare, and operational excellence. It included:
- A pre-assessment worker survey
- Onsite interviews with active workers
- A one-and-a-half-day in-branch audit
These key components allowed auditors to gain a full and transparent picture of how we operate, both behind the scenes and directly with our workforce.
What We Achieved
The auditor’s findings clearly demonstrated that our systems and processes are robust and deeply embedded across the organisation. Feedback gathered through surveys and interviews reflected this, with workers offering positive comments about our teams and stating that First Call is a great company to work for.
Maintaining ‘Leading’ Status is no small feat. In fact it’s the highest level of recognition awarded by the Responsible Recruitment Toolkit (RRT) and highlights our position as a benchmark in ethical and compliant recruitment.
