Yesterday I had the pleasure of one of the easiest client meetings I believe I have ever attended.
The feedback from the client was almost embarrassingly good, which left our wonderful recruitment consultant who looks after the account blushing with me not far behind her!
As a result of our consistent approach to service and deliver, the relationship we have built over the last 2 years has been confirmed that a long extension to the contract will be awarded and may I add without concern or the need to re-tender.
The client also remarked that none of this would have been possible had the Implementation not been so diligently conducted with our team (camped out) to make sure it went as smoothly as it did. This laid the foundation for the relationship our organisations have today.
