Salary:£15.00/h approx. depending on attendance and performance
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of +8 Mechanics while assigning daily tasks as needed and ensuring work flow is efficient and thorough.
- Perform a variety repairs from basic maintenance to complex electronic part replacement.
- Maximise the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing tasks assigned
- Identify issues and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles
- Maintain and abide by safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse
- Evaluate performance of your team and give performance feedback
- Receive additional training to become a great mechanic!
- Oversee and train new mechanics while maintaining a team oriented environment and integrating new mechanics to the team
- Additional job related tasks as assigned
About You:
- Experience leading a team/ managing staff
- Ideally some background in the automotive/ transportation industry
- An Electrical engineering or mechanic background – qualifications such as Cytech level 2 or similar are hugely advantageous
- Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 30kg on a frequent basis required
- Ability to operate a mobile device including having knowledge of in app-based workflows. iOS experience preferred
- Good communicator with the ability to read and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn, a great attitude and ability to work well with others – teamwork is key to success!

Shifts times are 9am – 5pm
- Various shift patterns available
Pay :
- From £15 per hour
- Paid weekly
