    Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
    Location: Sunbury-on-Thames, TW16
    Salary: £28,000-£32,000 DOE
    Requirements: Must hold a full UK driving licence and be aged 21+ (for insurance purposes)

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am- 5pm or 8am – 5pm – depending on vehicle loading each day

    The Role:

    We are recruiting for a hands-on and organised Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s team in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high-standard environment, takes pride in their work, and has experience leading daily warehouse operations.

    You’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe storage, handling, and movement of high-value items while leading a small, dedicated team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow

    • Manage the receipt and dispatch of shipments, ensuring accurate records

    • Oversee the storage and handling of fine art, antiques, and designer furniture

    • Coordinate with internal teams to support packing, installations, and deliveries

    • Ensure all warehouse areas meet health & safety standards and cleanliness requirements

    • Support and train junior warehouse staff and temporary crew

    • Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and occasional local deliveries

    What We’re Looking For:

    Experience & Skills:

    • Previous warehouse or operational leadership experience

    • Strong organisational and time-management abilities

    • Familiarity with handling delicate or high-value items

    • Comfortable using inventory/job tracking software

    • Full UK driving licence (van driving experience preferred)

    • Forklift licence desirable, but not essential
