We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised flower company, considered to be the leader in its field, supplying to a selection of well know supermarket chains. Pay rates from £11.44 per hour to £13.16 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Picking and Packing Operative is based in Holbeach

Shifts for Picking and Packing Operative:
- Day shift 08:00 – 16:00
- Night shift 19:00 – 06:00
Pay:
- From £11.44 per hour to £13.16 dependent on shift
- Paid weekly
Main Duties of Picking and Packing Operative :
- Making of parallel bouquets
- Preparing for production of products of glass and/or pots
- Sleeving and/or wrapping of bouquets, boxing, strapping and bucket filling
- Packing of bouquets into buckets and or boxes without supervision and checking the specifications in a timely planner
- Counting, putting on and adding the required number of flowers, greenery and/or decorative products on the belt according to the required production speed
- Responsibilities
- Preparing and completion of bouquets and plants within the production areas
- Working safely and efficiently, keeping the work area neat and tidy
