First Call Contract Services are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced lighting equipment company based in SL3 0EL. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with warehouse and technical experience looking for ongoing work.
Job Details:
- Location: SL3 0EL
- Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Working Hours: Weekly rotating shifts:
- Early shift: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Late shift: 11:00am – 8:00pm
- Weekend Work: 1 in 4 Saturdays required
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing lighting equipment accurately and efficiently
- Handling, loading, and unloading goods (involves heavy lifting)
- Stock control and inventory checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Technical experience or familiarity with lighting equipment preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
