Picker Operatives – Holbeach
We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised flower and storage business, considered to be the leader in its field.
Excellent pay rate £12.44 per hour.
Ideally you will hold an FLT license or have experience driving a Counterbalance FLT, or Mechanical Pallet pump truck. The client will offer in house training and FLT licence.

Picker Operative:
- Day shift 08.00 to 20.00
- 4 on 4 off or 3 on 2 off, plenty of rota’s t suit
- 12 hours
Picker Operative:
- £12.44 per hour
- Paid weekly
- £15.55 Overtime
Main duties:
- Picking boxes of flowers to be taken to the production
- Unloading lorries
- Small team
- Team work
- Computer literate
- Using a mechanical pump truck to replenish the flower pack operation
- You will also work in chill areas that hold the fresh flowers, throughout your day. It is not a freezer.
