We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be a leader in its field. Pay rates from per hour £15.01 per hour depending on shifts and further training. The role of Warehouse Administrator is based in Rugby.

Shifts for Warehouse Administrator
- Training 6am to 2pm or 10pm to 6am
- 4 on 4 off shift rota
- 12 hours shifts days and nights
Pay
- From £15.01- £16.30 per hour dependent on shift
- Paid weekly
Main duties
- Manage stock reservations and handle order cancellations as needed.
- Monitor order status to ensure timely processing and resolve any pick-related issues.
- Communicate regularly with customers, suppliers, and hauliers to provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Respond promptly to operational issues and communicate effectively via email and other channels.
- Prepare and distribute necessary shipping documents, including manifests and delivery notes.
- Maintain logs and reports related to order processing, deliveries, and inventory forecasts.
- Administer regular yard checks with the shunters to verify trailer details and ensure dock readiness
- Coordinate customer collections and booking management.
