Van Driver – Meat Deliveries
To safely and efficiently deliver fresh and frozen meat products to retail shops, butchers, restaurants, and other customers while maintaining product quality, hygiene standards, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Load and unload meat products onto the delivery van in a safe and organised manner.

Deliver orders to customers according to the daily route schedule.

Ensure all products are transported at the correct temperature and comply with food safety regulations.

Check delivery notes, invoices, and customer orders for accuracy.

Obtain customer signatures and complete all delivery documentation.

Carry out daily vehicle checks (fuel, tyres, lights, refrigeration unit, etc.) and report any defects.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle and delivery equipment.

Follow all road traffic laws and company driving policies.
-
Handle customer queries professionally and report any issues to management.
-
Return completed paperwork and any undelivered goods to the depot at the end of the shift.
