    • Coordinate collections from airlines and GHAs and arrange onward movement of freight.
    • Plan and book inbound and outbound vehicle movements.
    • Monitor collections and deliveries to ensure customer SLAs are achieved.
    • Coordinate outbound shipments, including collections, airline bookings and pre-alerts.
    • Prepare and check shipment paperwork, including MAWBs, HAWBs and import/export documentation.
    • Create collection/delivery paperwork and vehicle load plans.
    • Liaise with airlines, GHAs, hauliers, drivers, customers and warehouse teams.
    • Track shipments through to delivery or departure and resolve delays or discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate shipment records using Excel and internal freight systems.
    • Support import and export customs entries where required.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous administration experience, ideally within airfreight, freight forwarding, transport or logistics.

    • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
    • Strong organisation and communication skills.

    • Confident dealing with customers, drivers and operational partners.
    • A proactive approach to resolving problems and delays.
