    Telesales Executive- £30k – OTE £65- £70K

    Our client delivers bespoke, affordable, business-boosting telecoms systems to small and medium sized businesses across the U.K. Providing a range of bespoke tailor made business telephone systems from Panasonic to small to medium sized businesses across the UK.

    As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting their products and services through outbound calls. Your ability to effectively communicate with potential customers will be essential in generating new sales leads and passing the lead over to a senior business executive (to start with).

    You will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business opportunities from the data base provided and with bought leads. Using rough scripts and having the ability to objection handle, build relationships and close business against internal targets. If this sounds like you, I encourage you to apply!

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Generate and qualify leads
    • Close opportunities of business
    • Deliver a continuing high level of customer service
    • Building strong customer relations with new customers
    • Being highly motivated and engaged to maintain high success rates
    • Creating and maintaining your own records of closed leads
    • Taking inbound and making outbound calls

    Experience and skills required:

    • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent client service skills
    • A proven track record of strong client relationships
    • Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

    Hours: Monday- Thursday 8.45am- 5pm & Friday 8.45am- 4pm
