Taxi Driver

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a locally recognised taxi business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £11.44 per hour. The role of Taxi Driver Operative is based from Peterborough.

This is a permanent position, approx. 20 hours per week.

Full training, plus criminal check, plus full expense paid by the company to obtain a Private Hire Driver taxi License (if you do not have one).

Shifts for Taxi Driver Operative:

• Between 7.00am-10.00am
• Between 2.00pm-5.00pm
• Monday-Friday (school days, hours may differ depending on the route distance).
• Term time only

Pay:

• Up to £11.58 per hour
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of Taxi Driver Operative:

• To take children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities from home to school and return.
• To drive with a company supplied vehicle, 4,6, 8-seater people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
• * The keep the company-provided vehicle at a safe and convenient location or you can drop the vehicle at office.
  * To always maintain the assigned vehicle to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
  * To work in an effective, safe and flexible manner and support the operational goals of your employer.
• You must have no points on your licence.
• You must be 25 years and above.
• You must have held you full licence for s minimum of 3 years
