    Systems & Planning Administrator

    Our client is proud to have opened their brand-new Distribution Centre, the largest warehouse built in over 5 years in Stowmarket, Suffolk.

    We are currently recruiting a Systems & Planning Administrator.

    This is a permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to join a progressive organisation in a dynamic environment.

    Shift Pattern:
    Rotating AM/PM: 05:00-13:30 & 13:00-21:30 (4 on, 2 off)
    4 days on, 2 days off schedule – only 244 working days per year.

    Annual Salary: £38,000 per year

    What does the role entail?

    • Help produce and analyse complex data.

    • Assist with process improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

    • KPI production and publication.

    • Support in analysing and planning labour resource requirements.

    • Act as a focal point for IT technical guidance, support, and asset control.

    What skills & experience do we seek?

    • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

    • Strong organisational and data management skills, with keen attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.

    • Previous experience using WMS.

    • Experience formulating spreadsheets and presenting data.

    • Previous experience using Blue Yonder and Kronos is advantageous.
