    Sales Executive- Outbound- * Fixed Salary base + very competitive commission

    Overview:

    As a Outbound Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our clients sales force, proactively reaching out to potential customers to generate leads, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. Leveraging your experience and expertise in the industry/sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their customer base, meeting sales targets, and maximizing sales opportunities through strategic planning and communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and target prospective customers. Utilize a variety of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking, to engage potential clients and generate leads.
    • Lead Generation: Utilize sales tools, databases, and social media platforms to identify and qualify prospects based on sector/criteria. Proactively reach out to leads to initiate conversations and schedule sales appointments.
    • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with customers through ongoing communication and engagement. Understand the needs and priorities of potential customers and offer a bespoke sales solution to address their specific requirements. Develop rapport and trust with our customers to maximise opportunities.
    • Company Knowledge: Develop/maintain further knowledge & understanding of our products & services, including the benefits and advantages we hold over competitors. Articulate/demonstrate how Universal can address their business challenges and deliver positive change/results.
    • Pipeline Management: Manage the outbound sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure. Track and prioritize sales activities, follow up on leads in a timely manner. Monitor progress against sales targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are achieved.
    • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyse outbound sales performance metrics, such as call-to-conversion rates and revenue generated. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency. Report these finding to management to seek resolve and change.

    Reporting to: You will report to and be directly line managed by the Sales Manager

    Overall, as a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding their customer base through proactive outbound sales, strategic planning, and effective relationship building.

    Monday to Friday

    8am- 5.30pm

    1 hour lunch

    Fixed Salary base + very competitive commission

    Previous experience in the Construction industry is an advantage!
