Sales Consultant – Luxury Furniture & Interiors
Location: Knightsbridge, London
Salary: £27,000 per annum + commission
Working Hours: Shift-based rota covering Monday to Saturday between 9:45am – 9:00pm and Sunday between 11:15am – 6:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant to join a luxury retail showroom within Harrods, Knightsbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a globally recognised luxury interiors brand within one of the world’s most prestigious department stores.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury retail, interiors, and customer experience who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.
The Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through their interior and furniture projects. You will work closely with customers from initial consultation through to delivery, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers and deliver exceptional customer service at all times
* Advise clients throughout their furniture and interior projects
* Guide customers through the sales process to identify the right products for their needs
* Use 3D software and digital tools throughout the sales process
* Place orders with suppliers and monitor progress through to delivery
* Follow up after delivery to ensure complete customer satisfaction
* Maintain excellent showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
* Manage and respond to client enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels
* Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
* Act as a brand ambassador during in-store and external brand events
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience
Requirements
* Previous experience within luxury retail, interiors, furniture, or high-end sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer-focused with a professional and consultative approach
* Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales objectives
* Comfortable using digital tools and software systems
* Well-presented with a passion for luxury brands and interiors
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Flexible approach to shift-based working hours
