Our client is looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team. If you’re someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and has a knack for understanding client needs, this is your chance to bring your sales skills to the next level!
As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, sourcing new business opportunities, and working closely with the engineering team to provide tailored solutions to their customers. This role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to grow within a respected company.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll wear many hats, but here are your main duties:
Customer Liaison (50%) – Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs and offer expert guidance on suitable products. Your goal is to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Quoting (20%) – Work closely with the Engineering team to gather costing information and prepare accurate product quotes for customers.
Product Sourcing & Communication (10%) – Identify products within their range to meet customer needs and communicate with the purchasing team when products are unavailable.
New Business Development (10%) – Proactively market and seek out new potential customers within pre-agreed business segments.
Other Duties (10%) – Be ready to take on various tasks as assigned, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the sales process.
