Recycling Operatives / Pickers
Recruiting Recycling Operatives / Pickers for our client in Rainham, Essex. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DO NOT DRIVE YOU WILL NEED TO ARRIVE AT OUR ARRANGED PICK UP POINT TO ACCESS OUR PRIVATE COACH TRANSFER TO SITE.
From £12.21 to £14.25 per hour, ongoing work up to 40 hours per week.
Shifts and Pay Rates for Recycling Operative / Pickers:
* 07:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:00, 23:00 – 07:00
* Monday to Friday, optional Saturday (higher pay rate for weekend and bank holidays)
* 12.21 per hour, PM and night shift rates are higher after 12 weeks
Daily Duties of Recycling Operative / Pickers will be:
* Separating and picking materials on a moving conveyor belt (cardboard / wood / plastic / paper etc)
* Removing non recyclable materials
* Ensuring work area is clean and safe includes sweeping
* Taking direction from supervisors and management
* Working in the picking cabin
