Recruitment Consultant

First Call Contract Services are one of the largest privately owned recruitment businesses in the UK, specialising in temporary placements in the industrial sector. Our thriving Ipswich office is looking for a recruitment consultant to join its experienced and supportive team.

You don’t need any experience; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! Although recruitment experience would be useful, good customer service skills and a strong desire to succeed are all we require.

The role:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and communicating effectively
• Placing of range of candidates into bookings across a variety of sectors
• Effective administration including updating our CRM system, data entry and timesheets
• Interviewing candidates and following registration protocols
• Travelling to meetings with clients
• Supporting the team

The hours of work are 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, with early finishes often granted at the discretion of the board. Some work out of hours may be needed due to the needs to our clients.

A driving licence is essential due to the location of our clients and the need to visit them regularly.

Must haves:

• A strong desire to deliver exceptional service to our clients
• Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English
• Good IT skills, with the ability to use Excel, Outlook etc
• Full driving licence
• Working as an integral of the team and helping others when needed
