Recruitment Account Manager

Due to continued growth and business wins First Call Contract Services are currently looking to add to our team-we are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager for 2 of our on site operations.

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis and will be supporting two of our volume recruitment contracts, the role will be split between our office and their sites, one in Waterlooville and the other covering resource projects in Southwater.

Candidate responsibilities will include:

  • To support all company and account recruitment activity and client management
  • Keeping adverts and candidate attraction plans up to date
  • Managing a payroll process for up to 150 daily workers
  • Keeping an internal CRM up to date
  • Assisting with all related administration and compliance
  • Checking all candidate right to work and uploading documentation to a CRM
  • Client resource planning

Candidate experience will include:

  • Have an excellent level of customer service, ideally gained within a recruitment account management role
  • Be able to manage a very busy workload
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ideally have a strong data entry experience and excellent attention to detail

We are ideally looking for a current recruitment experience, ideally gained within an industrial recruitment company however all experience will be considered.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 5.00pm however during busy periods an element of flexibility will be required.

Starting salary is £25kpa to £30kpa plus excellent company benefits including a car allowance and an industry leading OTE.
