    Our client is recruiting for a Materials/Production Planner to join them, working within a small team of 3.

    This is a niche position within a niche company in a niche industry. They require a candidate who is happy to work as part of a team.

    The Role- Materials/ Production Planner:

    • Monitor and progress material shortages for sales orders due in a 4 week period.
    • Reserve materials against customer samples.
    • Consider alternative materials for shortage items, where possible.
    • Liaise with other departments to achieve on time deliveries.
    • Process customer complaints
    • Deal with sundry production operator problems as they arise.
    • You will be working within the stock control department, but will also liaise with other departments.
    • The role is to make sure customer orders are progressed on time and that there is sufficient stocks in to meet deadlines.

    What they will offer

    • £30,000 – £32,000 annual salary – dependant on experience

    Monday to Friday

    8am- 4pm with a 1 hour lunch
