We’re currently looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our busy team in Tonbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Please note due to the location being in a remorte area your own transport is needed!
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Working on a production line to prepare and package products.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets.
- Keeping your work area clean and organised.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Person with own transport
