We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised manufacturing business, considered to be the leader in its field. Pay rates from £13.15 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Production Operative is based in Acton, West London.
You don’t need any experience; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! Our client is looking for staff with an excellent work ethic who are looking to learn the business from the ground up, and become future team leader and managers. If you have any previous experience working in bakery, confectionery, cakes or cookie dough etc environments this would give you a good head start.

Shifts for Production Operatives:
- Various shifts available including:
- 06:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 18:00
- 00:00 – 08:00 (Nights)
Pay:
- £13.15 per hour
- £13.85 per hour after 12 weeks
- Excellent opportunities for advancement and increased rates
- Paid weekly
Main Duties of Production Operatives:
- Weighing and mixing ingredients
- Preparing recipes to exact standards
- Cooking and baking
- Quality control
- Observing strict food safety and food hygiene protocols
- Flexibility towards shifts and availability
