Print Finisher (Large Format Printing)

Location: Harlow
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £30,000+ per annum (flexible depending on experience)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for our client, a UK-based creative retail design and visual solutions agency specialising in large format digital printing, bespoke display graphics and nationwide installation.

They support leading brands in creating high-impact retail environments, event spaces and corporate installations from concept through to delivery.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Large Format Print Finisher to join their production team in Harlow.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out large format print finishing including mounting laminating and general finishing work

• Operate and maintain finishing equipment to a high standard

• Work with precision to ensure all finished output meets quality requirements

• Support production workflow to meet deadlines and client expectations

• Assist with preparation and finishing of display graphics for retail events and installations

• Use finishing equipment including Zünd cutter (where applicable)

• Maintain a clean safe and organised working environment

• Work collaboratively with the wider production and installation teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in large format print finishing is essential

• Strong understanding of print finishing processes including mounting and laminating

• Experience using Zünd cutter would be highly beneficial

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude

• Flexible approach with willingness to support overtime when required

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 17:30pm
• Overtime available and expected during busy periods
