About the Role
Our client, a leading print and display production specialist, is looking for a skilled Print Finisher / Large Format Production Operative to join their expanding team. Working on high-profile projects across retail, automotive, leisure, and other industries, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every job leaves the facility finished to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with cutting-edge equipment, including Kongsberg digital cutting tables, and contribute to a wide range of signage, graphics, and bespoke display solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out hand-finishing tasks including trimming, mounting, assembling, and packaging.

Produce signage such as fascia panels, post-mounted signs, built-up letters, and internal graphics.

Prepare finished items for dispatch, ensuring presentation and protection meet client standards.

Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times.

Work closely with print, production, and dispatch teams to meet deadlines.

Be flexible with working hours to support structured shift patterns when required.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in print finishing and/or signage production.

Knowledge of large format print or signage industry preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.

Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
