Payroll Administrator

Due to continued growth and business wins First Call Contract Services are currently looking to add to our team.   We have an immediate position for a Payroll Administrator for our busy office in Park Royal, London, NW10.

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis-this is an exciting time to be joining First Call Contract Services with further expansion plans throughout 2019 and moving into 2020.

Candidate responsibilities will include:

  • To support all branch payroll and branch administration activity
  • Keeping adverts and candidate attraction plans up to date
  • Managing a payroll process for up to 400 daily workers
  • Keeping an internal database up to date
  • Assisting with all related administration and compliance
  • Checking all candidate right to work and uploading documentation to database

Candidate experience will include:

  • Have an excellent level of payroll and recruitment administration and customer service, ideally gained with a volume recruitment office
  • Be able to manage a very busy workload
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ideally have a strong data entry experience and excellent attention to detail

We are ideally looking for a current recruitment payroll and administration experience, ideally gained within an industrial recruitment company however all payroll and administration experience will be considered.

  1. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 5.00pm.
  2. Starting salary is £22kpa to £25kpa plus excellent company benefits.
