    We are excited to share the new opening at our Staines office (TW18) – we are looking for a full-time Payroll Administrator to join our fantastic team. 

    As a Payroll Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:

    • Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting, reviewing, and submitting timesheets;
    • Calculating payable hours and inputting them to payroll system;
    • Answering questions/queries regards to payroll related matters from employees as well as from clients;
    • Administrating starter/leaver processes including all documentation;
    • Coordinating with the Service Team to ensure correct employee data is being maintained;
    • Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department;
    • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering inquiries and making sure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service.

    Shift plan: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (Saturdays and Sundays as days off) – Full-Time only.

    Pay rate: £11 per hour, weekly payments.

    About you:

    • Good attention to detail;
    • Computer-Literate;
    • Good time management skills and ability to meet within deadlines;
    • Same or similar previous experience (Payroll, Administration, HR) desirable but not essential;
    • Strong communication skills, excellent customer service;
    • Have a good level of English verbally and in writing;
    • Professional and Positive Work Ethic;
    • Being able to work well in the team as well as on your own;
    • Friendly, outgoing, and happy to work with an active and “never boring” team! J
