    Passenger Service Agent (PSA) for Heathrow Airport

    First Call Aviation is looking to recruit Passenger Service Agents (PSA) with London Heathrow Airport, join our team and be a part of the future plans with FCA and LHR. 

    If you have worked as PSA and are looking to get back to your position, this is for you!

    If you haven’t previously worked as a PSA you must have previous experience in customer service in order to be considered for this role.

     

    Full-time and part-time work available – full flexibility required (shift plans will be a mix of AM as well as PM shifts).

    As a PSA your duties will be:

    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Check customers travel documentation together with relevant identification to ensure compliance with governing bodies.
    • You will process customers using an automated DCS or manual system ensuring full compliance with regulatory, company and airline requirements.
    • Board customers onto flights whilst complying with safety and security
    • As part of the FOH team you will ensure safe, on-time departures for Customer Airlines

    To be successful:

    1. You must have experience in working as PSA, or have previous experience in another customer service role
    2. You must be fully flexible to work on AM as well as PM shifts and week days well as weekends as per business needs
    3. You will need to be proficient in using internal check-in systems.
