    Are you looking for a new challenge working for one of the worlds largest airfreight logistics companies?

    First Call Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Operations Training Manager to work in Heathrow Airport, near Hounslow.

    12-Month Fixed Term Contract. There may be a option to go permanent but this cannot be guaranteed.

    Full time hours

    £49’440 per year

    Overview of a Operations Training Manager:

    As a part of the Heathrow team you will support the operations team in training new and existing colleagues, to ensure they are developed to there full potential.

    You will deliver operational training through the operational skills training teams. Ensuring all training is delivered in a positive and organised way.

    Job duties of a Operations Training Manager:

    • Effective and efficient management of operational training. This includes new starters, recency and refresher training.
    • Line manager of around 30 Operation Trainers.
    • Track, Report and Monitor all aspects of training.
    • Conducting quality training and ensure compliance and time-lines are adhered to.
    • Identify trends and implement changes to training practices quickly and efficiently.
    • Manage the Trainers performance.
    • Ensure training is planned and provided in line with business change.

    Requirements of a Operations Training Manager:

    • Degree level qualification or relevant people management experience.
    • Experience working within a fast-moving operational environment.
    • Experience in providing quality training
    • Strong and motivational leader
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Strong analytically and reporting skills
