Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team This role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative and compliance-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
● Raising and receipting Purchase Orders (POs)
● Managing and processing fines, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
● Organising and maintaining shared drives, ensuring files and records are consistently up to date
● Supporting compliance administration and maintaining accurate records
● Analysing data to identify trends in fines and creating location-based maps to support operational teams
● Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
● Strong experience in administrative roles, ideally within a compliance or operations environment
● Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including the use of formulas and data management
● Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
● Flexible approach to work, with availability to provide ad hoc cover when needed
● Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest and implement improvements to filing systems and processes
Desirable Skills:
● Experience with data visualisation or mapping tools
● Previous experience working with compliance-related processes

Pay :
Shift Pattern:
Monday-Friday with a requirement for flexibility and occasional ad hoc cover as needed on the weekend.
09:00am – 17:00pm
