Onsite Coordinator – Ely
We are looking for a driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Who is enthusiastic and works well as a part of the team, to join our onsite team based in Queen Adelaide, near Ely CB7 4TZ.
The position comes with £11.78 Per Hour paid weekly.
We want to hear from individuals eager to join us, and in return we’ll offer great support alongside excellent mentoring, guidance, and coaching to ensure you reach your maximum potential.
Your duties but will not be limited to:
- Supporting a smooth payroll process
- Out of hours telephone management
- Responding to emails and text messages
- Clear communication with operation leaders and workers
- Conducting attendance and performance checks
- Supporting with recruitment
- Supporting with inductions
Hours & Pay:
- 5 shifts in 7
- Morning 06:00 am to 14:00pm
- When oncall phone Friday 13.00 to 21.00 and Saturday 10.00am to 18.00pm
- £11.78 Per Hour (£24,502 pa)
We are looking for you to have:
- Strong communication skills, verbally and written.
- Multiple language skills would be an advantage.
- Positive attitude.
- Proactive, ability to work on own and part of a team.
- Computer literacy (Outlook, Microsoft Excel).
- Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Own transport maybe required due to location and working hours.
