We are looking for an Account Coordinator for a contract of ours in Letchworth

First Call Contract Services Ltd are currently looking to recruit an Account Coordinator who can recruit candidates and support our client in Letchworth. We are looking to engage with an experienced individual, who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in this sector.
Key Skills Required;
Able to work under pressure in busy periods
Excellent team player
Assist with management of adverts and recruitment for our client in Letchworth
Reporting of MI and pre planning peaks
Monitor of worker pool and ensure the database is up to date and candidates are registered to the company standard
Analyse staffing quality
Planning of worker pool to ensure an effective worker pool is continuously available to successfully fulfil client’s requirements
The ideal candidate will have a recruitment background preferably with an on-site or Client Facing background
Full training and support will be given.
We are offering an immediate start and a platform to develop within our business
You will be contracted to work 10 hours per day rostered for weekend cover during peaks so flexibility is key to best fit our clients requirements. Start and finish times will fluctuate but be based around a start from 7am to 10am dependant on volumes. You will spend time between working at our clients site in Letchworth and our Stevenage office so a car owner is a necessity
