First Call Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for a night shift supervisor to join the Liverpool Airport team. As a night shift supervisor, you will be involved in supervising cleaning operatives at Liverpool Airport. You will be responsible for overseeing the night operations of the station, with a wide range of responsibilities which may include:
Duties of a Night Shift Supervisor:
- 360 Checks
- Potable Water Testing
- Aircraft Cleaning to support the operation.
- Preparing kits and materials needed for services.
- Drives team members to the offices etc
- Complete necessary documents
- Team management
- Keeping cleaning, security, and safety standards high
- Supervise all employees
- Placing orders / stock inventory
- Support Audits
- Training Employees
- Review and Create Rosters
What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a supervisor or similar level
- Previous experience supervising cleaners / cleaning operations
- The ability to speak Portuguese would be a bonus.
You will report to the station manager and head office.
Shifts: 9pm-5am
Days of work: 4 on 4 off
Salary: £30’000 – £32’000 – negotiable depending on experience
