The role of MHE Trainer is based in Castle Donnington.

Shifts for MHE Trainer
- Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm (May be required at times to work 6am – 2pm or 2pm – 10pm to fulfill training, site will provide at least 2 weeks notice for this)
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Main Duties of MHE Trainer
- Provide onsite training for said MHE’s – VNA Fork, VNA Clamp, CB Fork, CB Clamp, LLOP, PPT (Novice, Conversions and Refreshers)
- Use Opta fleet system to manage driver key allocation, fleet usage and licence checks.
- Complete battery top ups and changes when required.
- Manage fleet for VOR reporting and confirmation of resolve.
- Manage the MHE charging area, feedback to operations team when required.
- Compkete machine and user spot checks. (Ensure fleet is kept to a high standard and users are driving as per tarained).
- Ensure all training records are maintained and up to date.
- Assess competence and issue or renew licences accordingly.
