    We have an exciting opportunity to work with one of West Suffolk’s leading manufacturing businesses. Pay rates from £15.58 per hour depending on shifts. The role of Manufacturing Supervisor is based in Fordham, near Newmarket.

    Shifts for Manufacturing Supervisor:

    • 06:00 to 14:00 or
    • 14:00 to 22:00
    • Monday to Friday

    Pay:

    • £15.58 per hour
    • Overtime paid at £19.47 per hour
    • Paid weekly

    Main Duties of Manufacturing Supervisor:

    • Supporting team of production operatives with productivity
    • Quality control
    • Reporting issues to the management team
    • Upholding the highest standards of food safety and personal hygiene
    • Encouraging and motivating your colleagues
    • Welcoming new starters and showing them the ropes
