Due to excellent growth and secured permanent placements, we are pleased to offer 3 additional positions for Machine Operatives to join their busy club assembly department.

Hourly pay:

• £13.00 per hour
• £19.50 per hour OT

Working hours:

• 07.30am to 16.00pm Monday to Thursday
• 07.30am to 13.30pm Friday
• Occasional Saturdays volume dependent
• Accrue 33 days holiday per year from your first day

Role Description:

• 12 week training program.
• Learn how to use the individual machines.
• Amending golf clubs to order.
• Lengthening, shortening, increasing, decreasing the weight.
• Changing club-heads.
• Able to work under pressure, this role is measured, you are given full support to reach your goals.
• Using bespoke tools.
• Working on your own and as part of a team.

Prior to your induction, you will have a tour of their differing operations.
