Afternoon Shift | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
First Call Contract Services is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and friendly warehouse team based in Chessington.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring freight is processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.
Shift Available
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 9:30pm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Building pallets and completing airfreight documentation
- Scanning inbound and outbound consignments
- Loading and unloading parcels to meet operational deadlines
- Identifying and reporting damaged or incorrectly packaged goods
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
- Moving company vans to the loading bays (where required)
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a physically active role
Priority will be given to candidates who are available to work full-time and can offer flexibility with shifts.
A full UK manual driving licence is preferred, and having your own transport is advantageous as it may provide access to additional shifts.
