    Recruiting an Logistics Administrator for our client in Brentwood, Essex.

    Shifts and Pay Rates for Administrator:

    * 08:00 – 17:00
    * Monday to Friday

    Key Requirements

    • Updating SAP accurately – Investigate and correct SAP issues as they arise
    • Keep both SAP Warehouse Management and Inventory Management aligned
    • Manage iDoc failures between SAP and CEVA warehouse systems
    • Manage, investigate and correct stock variations between SAP and CEVA warehouse systems
    • Managing the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for On Time In Full (OTIF) levels
    • Using Excel to maintain reporting requirements
    • Monitor SAP Sales and Distribution process transactions
    • Monitor the system for incorrectly input transactions
    • Carry out SAP Warehouse Management and Inventory Management Hot Pack Testing (system test) as required
    • Ensure high standard of safety and compliance with HSS Policies in all activities including:
      • Wear appropriate uniform & PPE where provided.
      • Challenge others not following the correct or safest procedures
      • Take personal responsibility for your own health and safety and for others
      • Report all near misses and deal with hazards to create a harm free workplace.
      • Challenge others not following the correct or safest procedure to complete the task in hand.
    • General Administration duties – System file maintenance, Physical Filing, Label Creation – all whilst maintaining high levels of housekeeping.
    1. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    Minimum level of GCSE or equivalent required:

    • Have previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
    • Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written skills.
    • Have basic IT skills
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure to keep within SLA.
    • Able to prioritise workloads.
    • Work well in a team environment
    • Has the ability to resolve queries through effective investigation.
    • Good numerical and Excel skills
    • Strong written and verbal communicational skills
    • Excellent timekeeping and a flexible approach to work demands.
