We are currently recruiting Laundry Operatives to join a busy laundry and linen processing operation in the Crawley area. This role offers flexible, ad-hoc shifts based on business requirements, making it ideal for students, part-time workers, warehouse operatives, or anyone looking to earn extra income.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday (when required)
06:00 AM – 14:30 PM
Morning shifts only
Please note that shifts are allocated according to business needs and are typically confirmed one day in advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting, folding and packing linen items
- Ironing and preparing laundry to quality standards
- Working efficiently within a production line environment
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Assisting with general laundry processing duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Flexible and available at short notice
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse, production or laundry experience is beneficial but not essential
