    Are you looking for a new permanent position within a well established and global logistics and courier company?

    First Call Talent Solutions are recruiting for a HR Administrator to work in Slough.

    • 5 days per week
    • up to £26’000 per annum

    Job Summary:

    As a HR Administrator you will support the delivery of the HR agenda nationally. This is a full time permanent position based near Heathrow Airport in Slough.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities of a HR Administrator:

    • Support all admin HR tasks
    • Support recruitment processes, handling applications and organising interviews.
    • Conducting document checks and DBS checks
    • Coordinate on boarding of new starters
    • Tracking CAA regulations to ensure we remain compliant
    • Maintain an accurate and efficient HR information system with employee info
    • Maintain trackers and processes
    • Maintain employment files
    • Supporting role in accurately processing of payroll and benefits
    • Liaise with external partners such as recruitment agencies, insurance and suppliers
    • Legal and Best Practice compliance in all activities
    • Support company training initiatives
    • Development of training interventions through LinkedIn Learning, Local Agendas, Events

    • Excellent IT Skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Requirements of a HR Administrator:

    • HR Qualified or working towards a qualification
    • Experience of working in a admin role
    • Ability to work in the Slough office 5 days per week
    • Flexibility to cover some shifts if required
    • Ability and Willingness to travel nationally if the business needs
