    About the Role

    We are recruiting HighLift Drivers to support our aviation operations by transporting teams and equipment safely to aircraft stands using high‑lift vehicles. You will play an essential role in delivering safe, efficient and timely aircraft turnaround services in a busy airside environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operate high‑lift vehicles to transport teams, equipment and materials to and from aircraft.

    Position the vehicle safely and accurately at aircraft stands in line with airside protocols.

    Conduct pre‑use checks, ensuring the vehicle is safe, compliant and ready for operation.

    Work closely with supervisors and operational teams to meet tight turnaround times.

    Ensure all safety, airport security and airside driving rules are followed at all times.

    Report any defects, incidents or operational issues immediately.

    Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle and its equipment.

    Support additional operational tasks as required to maintain smooth service delivery.

    Ideal Candidate

    Full UK driving licence (additional airside driving permits provided if needed).

    Experience operating commercial, industrial or specialist vehicles (advantageous).

    Strong awareness of safety, compliance and secure working environments.

    Able to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines.

    Reliable, punctual and a strong team player with good communication skills.

    Right to Work in the UK and ability to pass airport security checks.
