Role Overview
The Account Manager will work on a number of Health & Beauty accounts and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. You will be working on various world-class marketing campaigns including temporary, permanent and semi-permanent POS activation’s. The applicants will be pro-active in their approach towards the clients and helping them meet all business objectives. Candidates should have experience in working directly with brands and retailers, taking production briefs and have a good understanding of the print & production processes. Supporting the Group Account Director in providing excellent services, the Account Manager will be responsible for time and cost management of their own projects to always deliver against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s. They are looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager who will work alongside a talented and friendly team.

This is a full time role Monday to Friday to be worked between 40 and 48 hours per week.
Office hours are between 8am and 6pm.
The role will be based in Waltham Cross/new site based in Bishop Stortford, being onsite 4 days a week for probation period.
Salary 35k – 40k dependant on experience
