First Call Contract Services are currently recruiting Forklift Driver to join our client based in Headcorn, Kent. The pay rate for this role is £13.40 per hour. This position involves rotating AM and PM shifts on a weekly basis.
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence is required for this role.

Working pattern for Forklift Driver:
This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:
- Early shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Late shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Pay:
- £13.40 per hour.
- Paid weekly.
Main Duties of Forklift Driver:
- Ensure the safe operation of all FLT’s and PPT’s on site
- Monitoring stock rotation and ensure short-dated and out-of-date stock is reported to the Shift Manager
- Assist with carrying out routine start-up checks of warehouse areas
- Ensure warehouse areas remain compliant with Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site cleanliness
About You:
- Reliable, motivated, and able to commit to a weekly rotating shift pattern
- Positive, team-oriented, and able to work effectively with others
- Strong attention to detail
- Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence and have at least 1 years’ experience operating a counterbalance truck (preferred)
This role would suit candidates with previous experience working for Amazon, Parcelforce, DHL, or similar employers.
