About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team at our modern, purpose-built manufacturing facility in Enfield, North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in producing high-quality, precision-engineered work. The successful candidate will be responsible for full fabrication projects from technical drawings through to finished products, maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out full fabrication work from detailed technical drawings.
- Perform high-quality TIG welding to an expert standard.
- Manufacture and assemble components with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure all finished work meets the highest quality standards.
- Work independently and efficiently while managing workload effectively.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience in TIG welding (minimum 2 years required).
- Demonstrate excellent fabrication skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing beautifully finished work.
- Be capable of working independently and using their own initiative.
- Have a good standard of spoken English.
- Be physically fit and able to work in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Integrate well within an established and supportive team.
Shift Pattern:
Monday – Friday. 07:00am – 16:00pm
Pay :
- £17:00 p/h
- Paid weekly
